I chose to use Pronunicator. This is a language learning resources through AVL and allows language students (children and adults) to learn a variety of languages and practice what they have learned. There are currently around 300 languages, including Sign Language, that can be learned. The resource gives access to chat bots, podcasts, leveled courses, and specialized courses such as medical language for healthcare workers. I think this could also be a good resource for schools who may not have teachers for certain languages and wanted to do something like Access courses.
I am so thankful for this assignment so that I can learn lessons like this one. I had no idea that Pronunciator was on AVL. This was so intriguing to me and would be such a help with traveling and going on mission trips. I will personally be using this to help me learn or get acquainted with languages of countries that I visit. One thing I found is that when you were sharing "Learning Guides and More", I couldn't hear the sound clips. I don't know if it was just my computer but that section was muted. Another part that I would use is the ASL. I used to know this language but I lost it when I stopped using it. Thank you for a job well done!
