I chose the Brittanica Learning Library as the database to explore on the Alabama Virtual Library website. This database has a wide variety of nonfiction collections for teachers and students. Once you naviagate through the subjects and click on the one you are interested in, you have the option to read the book online or to download the book onto a device to read offline. You can also make a list of your favorite books in your bookshelf. This is a valuable tool for teachers to use, not only in the classroom, but the library also.
